Am I eligible to refer a friend?
Yes – as soon as you have purchased a Modix MDVD-388 Karaoke Player (Reseller Accounts excluded) you’re able to participate in the scheme.

Who can I refer?
Anyone! You may have shown your karaoke machine to someone who now wants one of their own, or they in turn know someone else who wants one.

Is there any limit on the number of people I can refer?
No. We will reward you for each successful referral.

What counts as a referral?
We class a referral as when someone recommended by you under this scheme purchases a Modix MDVD-388 karaoke player and does not return the machine under our 7 day cooling off provision . Only referrals submitted under the appropriate procedure will be counted.

How do you capture my details so that I become eligible should an order be placed?
You will need to give your valid email address, as given to us when you purchased your player, to anyone you wish to refer and ask them on placing their order to enter the address in the ‘message to supplier’ field. Once they do this, we will check the given address with our records and email you requesting some information from you to confirm the referral.

How do I get my referral fee?
As soon as we have accurate confirmation from you regarding the referral, and the 7 day cooling off period has expired with no claims, we will apply, within 14 days, a refund to your PayPal account.
